    Is the following sentence correct, please?

    If you do not do your homework you will earn your teacher's displeasure.

    Yes, fine - if a bit restrained. Some teachers would prefer the direct approach: something along the lines of 'Do this homework or I'll come down on you like a ton of bricks'!
