    letter writing

Can someone please advise about how to use "per" in a closing signature of a business letter if the actual writer is not signing? How should the letter be signed and where should the "per" be typed or written. Thanks so much.

Sign it, then put pp and the name of the person you are signing on behalf of underneath.
