    correct verbs

We are scheduled to speak with this company on Monday, April 30th, but I would greatly appreciate it if the demo stand was ready by tomorrow so that we can send the link to the client.

Is 'was' correct and, if so, what is the reason?
Is 'can' correct, or should it be 'could' to be consistent with the preceding verb 'was'?

Are there any errors in the sentence?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: correct verbs

'Was' is OK, though many would prefer 'were'. 'Can' is OK.
