    correct?

    Hi,

could you please tell me whether the following is gramatically correct:

    1) check for completeness of the delivery
    2) check for complete fulfilment of the specifications

    Thank you very much.

    Hi, Hanka.

I don't understand what 'completeness' and 'complete fulfilment of the specifications' mean in that context.

    Help.

    Re: correct?

In the first case, it means that all ordered goods have been delivered (not only partial delivery) and in the second case that the specifications have been met in full (not only in part).

Grammatically they're fine. I'm not sure whether a delivery can strictly be said to be complete (except in that the delivery man has come and gone and left a package - i.e. the event is complete), but certainly people use it to mean what you say.
