    Reported Speech

"Are your parents coming to meet our teacher next Friday?" Aziz asked.

Aziz asked me whether my parents were coming / going to meet our teacher next Friday.

Which verb in bold should I use or are both fine?

    Thanks.

Aziz asked me if my parents were going to meet our teacher the following (the next) Friday.
And if the situation hasn't changed:Aziz asked me if(whether) my parents are coming to meet our teacher next Friday.
