    break it back and forth?

    Hello teachers,

My question is about an expression from a blog of a singer.
I assume "shake it" means "shake your body" or "dance", but I can't get the meaning of "break it back and forth".
Would you tell me what does it mean?

Shake it till ya'll break it back'n'forth!

Shake it violently - the 'back and forth' applies to 'shake it'. I think
