    the difference between 'come' and 'go'

    Would you like to come with me ? --------- (1)
    Would you like to go with me ? ------------ (2)

    Is there any difference in the meaning between the above two sentences ?
    If any, you are kindly requested to explain it to me.

    Come and go differ, but in this context, they present the same thing... To accompain someone...
