What is different between will and shall?? I donīt understand, where I can use "shall"?

And one more question - how can I say these sentences in the past time:

    "You should go there."
    "I would go there"

A common use of 'shall' is in:

    Shall we go now?
Shall I get it for you?

You should go there (now or some time in the future).
You should have gone there (some time before now).

I would go there (in the future, if I had the time).
I would have gone there (some time before now, if I had had the time).
