    2 - He, you and I will help the poor
    3 - I, you and he will help the poor

    They are all correct. Their ordering depends on who the speaker feels is in focus at the time.

    Do you have context to go along with your example sentences?

    The thing i want to know is that what should be the sequence of persons(first person, second person and third person) in a sentence according to grammer.
