    have/has :/ simple question

    Greetings!
I have a quite simple question, however, it made me think.
So which one is correct? Or are they both correct?

    1. One of the members have invited me.
    2. One of the members has invited me.

For me, the first one sounds much-much better, but I want to be sure ;)
    Thanks :)

Of course the second one is true because of "one".

    The second answer is correct.
    Example :
Of all the games, StarCraft is the best one.

a subject is never part of a prepositional phrase, though some might not agree.
so only "one" is the subject. "Has" should be used.
