    In this sentece:

    For the project she underwent in that year

    is "In" compulsory or it is better to write

    for the project se underwent that year

    and

    it I want to say the project is actually the only one undertaken during the year can I add ONLY

    for the only project he underwent

    you can omitt 'in'
