    I'd like to know the difference between "have to (1) and have to (2).
    1. I have to go.
    2. All I have to say is I am sorry.

    The word groupings are different in sentences 1 and 2.
    I have to go.
    All I have to say is.......

    #1 "have to" means 'must'. I must go.
    #2 "have" means 'want' or 'will' or 'can'. All I want to say is I'm sorry. All I will say is I'm sorry. All I can say is I'm sorry.
