    Any inconsistencies?

Are there any mistakes in the lines?

Self-motivated, well organized, assertive, highly efficient and responsible.
Excellent and effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Honest, friendly, pleasant speaking voice with a positive attitude.

The first two are fine, but your speaking voice cannot have a positive attitude.
    Try:

He is honest and friendly; he maintains a positive attitude, and he has a pleasant speaking voice.

    Re: Any inconsistencies?

I am glad to be of help.

If you are saying it in a resume about yourself I would leave out the part about the speaking voice. That is somewhat subjective, and you can't hear yourself the way others hear you. Also, the interviewer will surely decide that for himself when he hears you talk.
