    figure it out

Could you explain to me how many meanings does the verb "figure out" have?

    A: Where are you now?
B: I'm in Canada with my sister
    A: Do you need anything?
B: Do not worry, mom. I'll figure it out. (does it mean : I'll make it?)

A: I told you that several times. Did you figure it out?? (does it mean: Did you catch it on/understand?)
    B: Don't be mad. I understand perfectly.

Does "figure out" have other meanings?

    Re: figure it out

In the first, I'd say it means something like 'work out ways to get what I need'.

    figure out
    1. Discover or determine, as in Let's figure out a way to help. [e.g., Do not worry, mom. I'll figure it out.]
    2. Solve or decipher, as in Can you figure out this puzzle? [e.g., I told you that several times. Did you figure it out??]
    Does that help?
