    Could you substitute the phrases in inverted commas in the following sentence:

    Displaying that side of yourself may take a moment of stern "self-admonishment", but the rewards will outweigh any nervousness "by far".

    Snade, do you know what "stern introspection" is?
    Here is an example of self-admonishment. I say to myself (in my head) Come on! You can do this! Don't be silly, it's quite simple. Not hard at all! Just do it!
