    forgot every...

    "the day he made it to the bigs, he forgot every minor league ballpark he ever played in."
    Does this sentence have any hidden meaning?
    Criticizing him or something?

    As far as I can see, all it means is that once he became famous he forgot all about the minor games he had played in minor venues. It could suggest that he is arrogant or egotistical as a result of his success.
