The greater support by the customer, the faster the result can be achieved.

Thank you! So my sentence is not correct? It means that the result can be achieved more quickly if customers provide support.

It is grammatically correct, but often the context makes the meaning clear. My alternatives say the same, one as an ellipsis, the other with an expansion.
