    three questions of/to him

I asked three questions of/to him, but he didn't answer me correctly.

Please help me to choose the correct option.

''to'' is the right choice, in my opinion (not a teacher...) About the verb forms i'm not so sure, especially about ''doesn't answered''( as far as i know ''does'' is used in present tense and ''answered'' is the past participle of the verb''to answer'').

I asked three questions of him OR I put three questions to him.

Better to say I asked him three questions.

The second part of the sentence is fine.

    Hi, Carmenn.

Doesn't answered is ungrammatical. The correct form would be doesn't answer. There's this rule in English that only one verb per simple sentence can carry tense. In our example phrase doesn't answer, the verb doesn't carries tense, so the verb answer can't; it remains in its base form:

    Base Form: do answer
    Present: doesn't answer
    Past: didn't answer

    Thank you friends.

So, can I mix up the two tenses like this :

I asked three questions of him, but he doesn't answer me correctly.

...but he didn't answer... (be consistent with the past tense)
