    Hi,

    could you please tell me whether it is possible to say:

    Customer-oriented service guidelines

    Meaning: service guidelines adopted to increase the quality of services offered to cusotmers

    yes, you bet you can!! (or: customer-focused)

    customer-oriented s.g.: treat customers as their first priority, everything else is derived from customers.
