    HELP, what does this mean?

Can anybody tell me what is the meaning of the sayings "blatantly obvious" & "patently obvious"?

    Thanks

Both phrases are emphasising the obvious nature of whatever. I would see "blatantly" as implying something is clearly and unmistakably obvious, whereas "patently" carries the implication that there can be no other way of seeing this obvious fact.
