    Lying!!!

    What do we call lying down with your "face looking up" and how about "facing to the floor"?

    If you are lying down with your face up, you're lying back or lying full-length; if you're lying down with your face down, you're lying prostrate.

    You can say 'lie on your back' and 'lie on your stomach'.

    Good, but to be complete I should also mention the technical or medical terms supine (face up) and prone (face down).

    "I am supine/prone in my bed."
