    Punctuation

Would there be any punctuation in this sentence?

Identifying key challenges and opportunities faced by rural retailers in general and specifically in the Lowcountry?

    Thank you.

    Re: Punctuation

    1. where's the verb - is it a subtitle or smth?

    2. If it is meant as a sentence, I suggest:

Identifying key challenges and opportunities is faced by rural retailers in general, and (by those) in the Lowcountry in particular.

Unless a sentence, just skip the "is".

This was listed as an objective. Thank you so much for your assistance. It sounds much better the way you worded it.
