Cool organic age and the carnivore guilt

Can "organic age" be taken as "getting old" and "carnivore guilt" as "the guilt for feeding ourselves by meat mainly, in following paragraph?

The movie plays on the anxieties of the organic age and the carnivore guilt where does the Sunday roast come from?

    Thanks a lot.

"The organic age" - a reference to those people who only buy food and other goods marked "organic".

"carnivore guilt" - reference to the way in which the Vegetarian Ethos is pushed hard in the media, making those people who eat meat feel guilty.
