    Hi,
    I am a new comer so i dont know what does tag mean here and is it necessary for all the time you are posting a new thread?

    Tags are not neceesary, but they are useful. If, for example, you are asking a grammar question, and use add the keyword as a tag, you can quickly link to related posts. Here is the tag for 'modal':

    What is the difference between PRACTISE and PRACTICE??

    What is the function of each word? . . . . . . . . as in which one finctions as a VERB and NOUN???
