    Could you tell me what's the difference both from the meaning 'Can you see it clear?' and 'Can you see it clearly'?

    Can you see it clear? - is wrong

    clear is an adjective and can't modify see.

    Can you see it clearly? - is correct

    clearly is an adverb, thus, it can modify the verb see.
