    crept up/sneaked up

We crept up/sneaked up on the girl to see her house. Eventually, I saw her house.

Please do help me to choose the correct option.

Actually, by this sentence, I mean, I shadowed her stealthily to look up her house.

    This is a complete nonsense!

What exactly are you doing - following the girl home because you want to get to know her or following her in order to look at her house - and why do you want to look at her house? Not only that, why do you need to "sneak up" on her? It would be a guaranteed method of making her dislike you.

    Thank you.
I wanted to know her house. But she didn't like to tell where her house, so I sneaked up on her to make know his house.

Is the original sentence(#1) semantically and grammatically correct?

As I said - it is nonsense.

Why do you not simply say " I wanted to know where she lived but she would not tell me, so I followed her home"?

If you want to use "sneak", then say "sneakily followed" - but it makes you look a nasty person.

I agree with Anglika. Say I followed her home. The we/I usage is a little confusing. If there were two of you, say we followed her home. Say:
She wouldn't tell me where she lived, so I followed her home.

    Say:
I wanted to know where she lived.
