Any mistake in the following sentence

    Which 1 is correct???

    1. There is no better person to motivate me than I
    OR
    2. There is no better person to motivate me than me

And why the other 1 is wrong?
If both are wrong what is the correct 1???

Re: Any mistake in the following sentence

Between you and I, the secretary is not the gentleman.

Now here the correct answer is "Between you and me...."

Now at some places i find the usage is "you and I" like...

Jesus died so that you and I could be reconciled.

Can you pls point the differences. When should be used what..???

We use "you and I'" when it's the subject of the sentence.
