    Please help

    I am struggling with the below.
    Please could you state what tenses and why for the following sentences:

    I live in Scotland for seven years.

    Iíll phone you when she arrives.

    Iíve lost my car keys.

    By the time I retire Iíll have been teaching English for 30 years.

    If I hadnít met them I wouldnít be living here now.

    In Britain, elections happen every 4 years.

    Heís going to start a new job on Monday.

    Sheís lived in many countries.

    Future perfect continuous.

    If I hadnít met them I wouldnít be living here now. Past perfect simple

    Are my tenses correct? If not, please write answer and why.

    1. I have lived in Scotland for seven years -unfinished or recently finished action [present perfect simple]
    2. I`ll phone you when she arrives -correct
    3. I’ve lost my car keys. -correct [the keys are still missing] Present perfect simple
    4. By the time I retire I’ll have been teaching English for 30 years. -correct
    5. If I hadn’t met them I wouldn’t be living here now. -correct- Past perfect simple [If Clause -mixed type]
    6.In Britain, elections happen/take place every four years. -correct- Present simple
    7.He’s going to start a new job on Monday.- "going to" future- planned action
    8. She’s lived in many countries =She has lived in many countries -present perfect simple [unfinished or recently finished action]
