    Does the second sentence also mean that there is only one bank at the airport? The woman is at the airport.

    No, what's going on here is substitution. 'One' is a substitution for the word 'bank'. It doesn't necessarily mean that there is only one bank there.

    There could be one upstairs, one there at the corner, and one by the entrance. And they're all in the same airport.
