    I have a pen

    She has a beautiful dress

question. What is 'pen" in sentence - object?
    'dress' - object?

Is have an intransitive verb (as there is no passive voice to the sentences)

    Re: have

In both cases they are the objects of "have".

It is a transitive verb. "Transitive" means that the verb is able to take a direct object. Passivity is irrelevant in this case.
