    You're trying to combine an absolute ('one heck of') with something that requires a superlative ('you could ever find'). So you could use either of these:

    "He's one heck* of a chatterbox."

    or

    "He's the biggest chatterbox you could ever find."

    But you can't combine the two (similar) ideas into one sentence.
