    All flight were cancelled, we decided to take the greyhound.

    It's ok? or I must add "because" before all flight?

    No, "all flights" is OK, there. You might want to add "so" or create two sentences.

    All flights were cancelled, so we decided to take the Greyhound.
    All flights were cancelled. We decided to take the Greyhound.
