    I wonder if the word"happy feet" is an idiom or not? What does it mean?

    It's not an idiom - but in the context of the film has the meaning that dancing means happiness.

    If I'm not mistaken, "Happy Feet" was part of a comedy bit that Steve Martin did in the mid-1970s. In the middle of a bunch of silly jokes, Martin would get a frightened look on his face and say, "Oh no! I've got...I've got...Happy Feet!" then he would start dancing uncontrollably (and badly).

    I guess it was funnier in the watching than it is in the telling.

    Yes, I think it's not! What I meant was it's the title of the movie about cute little penguins.
