    I have a question.

    Questions 328-330 refer to the following article.

    If the microwave is only being used for reheating, then the controls do not need to be complicated. The question is asking if the owner wants simple controls.

    They also point out that _________ make and receive calls remain strong in spite of heavy advertising for more sophisticated models.

    "They also point out that only [make and receive] calls remain strong in spite of heavy advertising for more sophisticated models."

    I take it this refers to mobile phones - so that phones that only make and receive calls are still in demand even though there has been lots of advertising for more complex machines.
