Perfect and Perfect Continuous tenses... When to use?

    Friends,

I'm an ESL student. Please, help me understand when to use or not to use "Continuous" with these tenses...

Present Perfect or Present Perfect Continuous?
    - I have lived there for 2 years.
    - I have been living there for 2 years.

Past Perfect or Past Perfect Continuous?
    - I had lived there for 2 years.
    - I had been living there for 2 years.

Future Perfect or Future Perfect Continuous?
    - I will have lived there for 2 years.
    - I will have been living there for 2 years.

Which of all above sentences are correct? I thought all of them was correct because it depends on what you want to say, to express. But I've heard that it's not that simple, it depends on time expressions and etc.

Also, I'd like to know the difference between the use of Immediate Future and Planned Future...
    - I'm leaving next weekend.
    - I'm going to leave next weekend.

Please, if possible, give me some other examples, with other sentences and time expressions, so that I can really understand it.

Thank you very much for your attention. :)
