    Grammar question

    Hi,
I'm wondering what the difference is between these two sentences (besides one being a time clause with present tense and the other with present perfect.)
    1. I will be reading until the plane lands.
    2. I will be reading until the plane has landed.
    Thanks!

    Re: Grammar question

I think both sentences convey the same thought.

Since as far as I know the second one isn't used, I don't think I have to worry about the difference between them.

    Re: Grammar question

The two sentences are possible, they are future clauses... and you can use will + present simple and also will + present perfect.... As far as I know, the difference is minimal... when you use the present perfect there is an emphasis on immediacy....
