Speaking in front of a mirror can be useful ecause you can watch four face and see how your mouth is working, but it's more useful for this when you are practising sounds. Reading a text aloud is not a very useful way to practise speaking as it is unnatural. Try speaking without paper.

still i m having doubts in speaking with paper. what does it mean? in my understanding, read the sources and understand the content once and speak it without seeing the source or speak it with our own words. is it right?
It's fun to talk to yourself in front of the mirror. As what Tdol said, do it without paper or any copy, but talk to yourself assuming that it's another person you are talking to. Talk to him about any topic you want to talk about at that moment. You could think of a lot the time you do it more often. One good thing also is that you could check how you appear while talking.
This will boost your confidence bacause you are not afraid of talking to yourself, are you? You will be comfortable in speaking more and you can always take your words back and correct them yourself.
