    could you please proofread the following sentence:

    I hereby declare on my honour that the supplier agrees to comply with all requirements of the contracting authority included, has no reservations about them and considers them binding in case a contract with the contracting authority is concluded.

    Re: correct?

    I presume that 'included' refers to the requirements, so how about putting it before the word?
