    use of either ... or

    Hi,

could you please tell me whether "either ... or" is correctly used in the following sentence:

The contractor is not in arrears with the payment of public health insurance premiums either in the Slovak Republic or in the country of his registered office.

And could this sentence be rewriten as below?
The contractor is in arrears with the payment of public health insurance premiums neither in the Slovak Republic nor in the country of his registered office.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hanka

Re: use of either ... or

    I would slightly rephrase it:

The contractor is not in arrears with the payment of public health insurance premiums in either the Slovak Republic or in the country of his registered office.
