    Question Thorough vs. thoroughgoing

Is there any actual difference in the meaning (for sure there is a difference in spelling, length and pronunciation, and in origin maybe, and in frequency of use, and maybe in something more ) between thoroughgoing and thorough?

    Thanks,
    Nyggus

    Re: Thorough vs. thoroughgoing

Thoroughgoing means you are being very thorough.
