    correct?

    Hi,

could you please proofread this sentence:

In case of subsequently discovered loss or damage not apparent during otherwise proper acceptance of the shipment by the recipient , the recipient shall be obliged to advise the carrier of his reservations in writing within 7 days.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hanka

    Re: correct?

I question the word "reservations." It doesn't have the meaning of "discoveries" or "problems" to me.

    Re: correct?

The word "reservations" should mean "objections", something that he does not like about the shipment.
