    whenevwer i speak engli people say that you have regional acccent, how can i remove that?

    Buy a dictionary, which have the pronunciation of words using the system of phonetic symbols.

    Another way is to get recordings of spoken English, listen to them, and then repeat them back, trying to sound like them.

    Yes, this is a really effective way of getting rid of the regional accent. This is what I did before. I have recordings at home, I listened to it often when I was still learning American accent, and followed every word the speaker is saying.
    I talked to an American a time ago and he told that I got no more problem with my accent that my regional accent isn't audible anymore.
