    Having remarried?what's that?

    Dear Answer:

    I have one sentence:
"I have no respect for my father who, having remarried, is still up to his old tricks"

What does the sentence want to indicate to me?

having remarried? why the sentence uses this form?
What does the form mean? Is there any extra information in this form?
In what situations i can use this form? how do i use?

    Thank you !!

He was married once. He grew tired of that wife and remarried. But even then ('having remarried') he was 'up to his old tricks' - that is, not satisfied even with the second wife.

It doesn't have a special meaning. It's just a short way - in this context - of saying 'although he had already married again once'.
