    crossed legs?

    What do we call that sitting position where one leg crosses the other?

    Thanks! but not that one. This is not about yoga but more of the daily gestures. People here, i don't know if you guys do it too, cross their one leg over the other when sitting. This is common to men but not women, it would be odd if they do, men would be peeping on them.

    In my country, neither men nor women do this; only if they practise yoga.

    We have a term for it in Filipino, de quatro(like a four), for the legs make a "four" figure.
