    is this correct to say...

    guest lecturers will be appointed only on the basis of merit. candidates are requested to keep their faith only with their intelligence and not with intermediators or brokers

    It is grammatical, except for the lack of capitalization at the beginning of the sentences. Furthermore, I have no idea what the second sentence means. I am not sure that you have used the word faith correctly. faith - Definitions from
