Does that right?I copied and pasted it from my book although I read some grammar that it says: after he I must to add is before always or never..etc.
How to do that?

Help is a verb there, so use do or does; right is an adjective, so use is or are. Like this,
Does that help (you)? <verb>
Do they help (you)? <verb>
Is that right? <adjective>
Are they right? <adjective>
Does that help?. Yes it does help.
Does that right?. Yes, it does righ.
