    A simple doubt

    Hello
    I would like to know how to improve my way of speaking english.I always get very nervious when I speak with english speakers because they speak too fast and i couldn t get what they are saying..
    If anyone can give a hand ,an advice I will be very grateful.

    First - no one will be offended if you ask them to speak more slowly. Second - listen to as much English as possible [films, radio, spoken word audio]. The more you hear it, the more you will understand the sounds.

    Right, thatīs what I would do to someone who speaks so fast. Anyway, we talk to understand each other.
