    you have'nt call me
    you would'nt call me
    you did'nt call me
    (which is the correct sentence and what is the difference?)
    please explain.

    what do want to say so that we can tell you which one to use?

    You haven't called me yet. (Means you haven't called me up to now.)

    You wouldn't call me at 2am, when I'm asleep. (Means that I think you would never do something so terrible)

    I waited all day for your call yesterday but you didn't call me. ( Means that I thought you would call yesterday but you didn't - a specific time frame)
