    calling too much

Do we have an English term for staying so long on the phone?
We call it ¨tele-babad¨(babad - to soak) in the Philippines...

I think I like telebabad, even without knowing what it means.

I've heard things like "She's so long-winded" but I don't know of a specific term. That's why I'll have to adopt yours!

Telebabad - noun; the act of using the phone for an extended period of time.
Telebabad - verb; to talk long on the phone. She is telebabad+ing again.

Yes, to talk thoughtlessly...That´s a nice word. I hope to find it soon in my dictionary of newly-coined words.

In my house of six children who reached their teens one after the other, with three girls, two talkative boys and myself (the taciturn one of the bunch) the derogatory term "phone hog" was thrown around with abandon.

    Phone hog, oink oink.
Smells like somebody doesn´t want to share the phone to somebody else. Don´t you have more terms for just staying on the phone for a long time. I once have been a ¨teleblabber¨ before, I tried talking on the phone for 2 hours. My ears hurt right after.
