    Which is correct "I have reasoned to" or "I have reason to"

    You can indeed say 'I have reason to...'. For example, 'I have reason to correct your mistake'.

    You cannot say 'I have reasoned to' + <verb> (except perhaps in extremely unlikely contexts).

    PS: Phonetic note (if you don't understand this, you can safely ignore it!)

    If you could say 'I have reasoned to' + <verb>, the /d/ of "reasoned" would assimilate to the voicelessness of the /t/ of "to", so this is a reasonable mistake to make.
